This amazing new development for Garden Village is something that I've been working on for a while now....in fact since January 2016. I have been so thrilled to work on this amazing build for them and I am super excited to see the results come to life.
This is a super satisfying time for a designer and I'll be watching this space carefully over the coming months in anticipation.
It's so exciting to see a building that you have worked in detail using drawings and plans finally come to life. In the design process, looking at every little detail from flooring, to paint colours, light fittings, tiles, window coverings, robes, kitchen and bathroom finishes - EVERYTHING including exterior colours and finishes.
The apartments will be beautifully fitted out. There is a commercial kitchen, restaurant planned for the ground floor, a gymnasium and a gorgeous function space.
